Betz's journey began after high school, when she decided to train as a bank clerk. She enjoyed customer consulting and, after almost two years, made the switch to become an independent asset manager at DVAG. She was drawn to the firm by a friend and was enthusiastic about its corporate culture.
Initially, Betz built up a financial cushion before starting her self-employment. Now, she's firmly established and focuses on advising women, a cause close to her heart. She believes in the importance of a 'Money Mindset', ensuring clients' attitudes towards money and financing align with their needs. Betz aims to build a team of strong women to support her in this mission.
