Greeley Teacher Stephen Paulson Named Colorado Teacher of the Year

Paulson, who has been teaching social studies and an accelerated learning program called Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) for 15 years, was praised for his innovative teaching methods. The award comes with a $5,000 gift from the Boettcher Foundation and an additional $5,000 in funding from the state's education department.
