John Gray PhD Teaches Cairo Audience to Manage Stress and Foster Healthy Relationships

Renowned author and relationship expert John Gray PhD recently visited Cairo, where he led a masterclass on 'WELLBEING+' at an event organised by unknown hosts. The session focused on managing work-related stress, achieving work-life balance, and fostering healthy relationships through open communication.

Gray, who began his spiritual journey as a monk under the guidance of Maharashi Mahesh Yogi, shared insights on the different ways stress manifests between genders. He advised managers and leaders on creating supportive work environments that prioritise employee well-being.

During the evening seminar, Gray delved into the importance of fostering healthy relationships. He encouraged attendees to engage in open communication without judgment, a theme central to his best-selling Mars and Venus series, first published in 1992.

John Gray PhD, author of the iconic 'Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus', left Cairo's audience with practical tools to achieve a fulfilling and balanced work life. Despite the organisers of the 'WELLBEING+' event remaining unknown, Gray's masterclass provided valuable insights into navigating work-related stress and relationship dynamics.
