KMG International's 'Together We Grow' Traineeship Program has reached a significant milestone, completing its 25th edition. The program has supported the training of over 1,800 participants in its grow therapy approach since its inception.
This year's edition involved 30 students and graduates from technical universities in Romania. They gained practical experience at Petromidia and Vega refineries, developing their skills in project management and soft skills. The trainees also completed a Community Challenge project, making a real impact in local communities.
The program's success is evident in its employment outcomes. Over 65% of the trainees received job offers within KMG International - Rompetrol companies.
