Markranstadt Schools Get €85K Interactive Whiteboards Boost
Fifteen interactive whiteboards, worth a total of €85,000, have been purchased for schools near me in Markranstadt as part of the Digital Pact Saxony. The purchase was made during the summer holidays, with the high school receiving the majority of the boards.
The high school in Markranstadt received 9 of the interactive whiteboards, while the secondary school got 3. The remaining 3 boards were distributed between the two primary schools in the town. This purchase was part of a larger effort to renew and upgrade the IT infrastructure in the schools, as Markranstadt Primary School was previously the last school without a comprehensive IT network.
The Digital Pact Saxony, a government initiative, funded this purchase. The total cost was €85,000. In addition to the whiteboards, Wi-Fi expansion is planned to be implemented gradually across the schools to support the new technology.
The purchase of these interactive whiteboards is expected to enhance teaching and learning experiences in Markranstadt's schools. The gradual Wi-Fi expansion will further support the integration of digital tools into the curriculum.
