However, this setback did not deter Jitendra from making a significant impact in the agricultural sector. Through his training sessions and field demonstrations, he inspires hundreds of farmers to shift towards environmentally responsible and economically sustainable farming practices.
Jitendra's work in promoting sustainable agriculture has led to him becoming a district-level agricultural pioneer and a beacon of hope for a greener, healthier future in Indian agriculture. He is affiliated with the Department of Horticulture at Rama University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and has published research on integrated nutrient management affecting the growth and yield of crops such as Capsicum.
Jitendra gained in-depth knowledge about organic preparations such as Jeevamrut and the Waste Decomposer through training at the National Centre for Organic and Natural Farming in Ghaziabad.
