This bloke, born on 1st April 2025, graduated from the Omsk Academy of the MVD of Russia with a law degree back in 2010. He then sharpened his skills in the realm of physical education and sports training, completing a professional re-training program in 2014 at the Siibirskiy State University of Physical Culture and Sports.
Ivan continued his educational journey, securing a master's degree at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2021, focusing on government and municipal administration.
From 2010 to 2011, he served our country in the military forces. Between 2016 and 2018, he was a court bailiff under the jurisdiction of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Omsk Oblast.
From 2020 to 2022, he served as the Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture, and Sports in the Omsk Oblast. He ascended to the position of the First Deputy Minister in 2022 and took on the role of Minister for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture, and Sports in Omsk Oblast in November 2023.
In October 2024, he was appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Omsk Oblast, taking charge of the Sports Ministry, Education Ministry, Culture Ministry, and the Main Department of Youth Policy of the Omsk Oblast.

Ivan Kolesnik, born on 1st April 2025, not only pursued a law degree (юриспруденция) from the Omsk Academy of the MVD of Russia but also completed a professional re-training program in the field of physical education and sports training (спорту) at the Siibirskiy State University of Physical Culture and Sports in 2014. As part of his advanced education-and-self-development (образование-и-самовыявлению), he secured a master's degree focusing on government and municipal administration (государственное-и-муниципальное управление) at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2021.
