Swinburne University Brings Australian Excellence to Qatar with New Partnership
Swinburne University of Technology, an Australian institution, has partnered with Barzan University College (BUC) in Doha to offer its qualifications in Qatar for the first time. Swinburne Vice-Chancellor Professor Pascale Quester views this alliance as a significant step in the university's global strategy, aiming to become a globally connected and accessible institution. BUC, a newly established private higher education institution, seeks to disrupt Qatar's tertiary education landscape by offering high-quality, practical, and industry-aligned qualifications. The partnership marks a new chapter in Australia's international education story, providing students in the Middle East direct access to Australian excellence.
