The Importance of Quality Oversight in Vocational Learning and Skills Development

Annually, around 350,000 young people and adults use the support offers of the IB.
The IB's mission extends beyond vocational education. It has programs that focus on the integration of people with disabilities or migration background, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to benefit from quality vocational education.
Efficient education management is a driver, treasure trove, and guarantee of high standards in vocational education. This benefits both the individual and the national economy. Vocational education enables participation in social life and, through rigorous quality measurement, comparable performance indicators, and learning-enhancing feedback processes, fulfills its role as an opportunity provider, driver of innovation, and foundation of modern societies.
