The specialists, who include second pilots, flight mechanics for the Mi-8 helicopter, pharmacists, and other professionals, have arrived under the regional project "Active Employment Support Measures," which is a component of the national project "Kadry."

Employers in Kamchatka Krai can receive up to one million rubles for each attracted specialist. This financial incentive, along with housing support, professional development opportunities, and social benefits, is designed to encourage specialists from other regions to relocate and work in key sectors such as mining, healthcare, and aviation.

Igor Golovanov, Deputy Minister of Labor and Development of Human Resources of Kamchatka Krai, reported that the specialists have already started working. The funds allocated for the program can also be used for setting up the employee and their family in their new location. This includes expenses related to relocation, baggage transportation, housing rental or purchase, including the "Far Eastern Mortgage."
