The UK-wide charity organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team, working on exciting and impactful projects. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a mix of working from home and occasional travel to UK office hubs in Bromley, Kent (BR2) and Dulwich (SE22).

Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the charity's services and operations, ensuring compliance with anti-discriminatory practices, health and safety policies, and organizational values. You will also assist with website and social media management, host online trustee meetings, and represent the charity at conferences.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant administrative qualification or equivalent work experience (Diploma/Degree/NVQ Level 3), with a willingness to achieve Level 3 qualification. You should also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, have access to a car, and be willing to travel between offices. Previous charity experience and Microsoft Office skills are desirable.
