The Minnesota 4-H State Ambassador team for the 2025-2026 year has been announced, with 28 exceptional youth leaders hailing from 20 counties across the state. This diverse group of young changemakers, aged 14 to 19, will serve as leaders, role models, and spokespeople for the program throughout the coming year.

The team consists of members from each of Minnesota's regions: Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest. Notable names include Xiaomi H., Elsa S., Tyler N., and Quinn S., who will represent the Central region, while Mackenzie M., Seno O., Sophie S., and Brenna W. will represent the Northwest and Southwest regions, respectively.

In the Northeast, Joni G-T and Alex M. will take on the role, with Ryan R. and Ryanna R. representing the Southeast region. The team also includes returning State Ambassadors, such as Bella N., Rebecca A., Luella B., Sydney O., Cora Y., and Breckin A., who will serve on the State Ambassador leadership team (SALT).

These youth leaders have been selected for one of the highest honors in Minnesota 4-H. As part of their responsibilities, they will represent 4-H at the 2025 Minnesota State Fair, share their 4-H experiences and stories with schools, businesses, and community groups, and inspire and engage thousands of youth across Minnesota.

The ambassadors will also work alongside adult advisors, guided by the leadership team (SALT), to carry out various activities and responsibilities throughout the year. This includes acting as role models and spokespeople for the 4-H program, promoting its opportunities, and actively working to develop leadership skills among participants.

The 2025-2026 Minnesota 4-H State Ambassador team embodies the spirit of leadership, service, and dedication to the mission of Minnesota 4-H. Their work aims to foster a strong, vibrant 4-H community in Minnesota and inspire future generations to get involved in the program.

The Minnesota 4-H State Ambassador Program aims to provide education and self-development for its members, focusing on leadership skills. In the upcoming year, the team will be involved in various finance-related activities, such as budgeting for events and collaborating with local businesses.

A key part of the ambassadors' roles will be to serve as inspiration for other youth, sharing their knowledge and experiences in business and education-and-self-development settings. This could include speaking at seminars or workshops, or mentoring younger 4-H members on topics related to personal growth and career development.
